What is your primary product or service?
assorted printed materials, such as full color brochures, catalogs, fliers, business cards, labels, presentation folders, posters, letterheads, envelopes, business forms and even rubber stamps
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Purchased an established business in 1989 as a small franchise shop, but continued to grow the business after the national franchise ceased to exist. I have both a bachelors and masters degree in marketing and have been in business most of my adult life.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We dedicate ourselves to providing only top quality products on time with no excuses allowed. We provide our clients with personal service as if they were our only client.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location and no plans to expand

What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, company checks and all major credit cards. We also accept wire transfers
Which areas do you service?
Primarily South Florida, but do have a large customer base throughout the Caribbean
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Arthur Aptakin is the owner and runs the daily operations along with Rosario Diaz, my manager
What are your hours of operation?
8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday
