How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
Real estate websites and lead generation tools such as IDX, email marketing and search engine optimization.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Prior to starting Ciao Bella Marketing I was working in the real estate industry as a sales agent. Most of my leads came from my website and/or marketing and other agents starting asking me if I can help them. So that's how Ciao Bella got it's start. My background is in design and advertising and I have always had a passion for marketing and creating things.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
What really makes us different is that we love our customers. We are always available to help them out and offer our advice. It seems like customer service is a lost art and I try very hard to reach out personally to all of our clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have two locations. Miami Beach and Aspen, Colorado. Right now, we have not other plans to expand, but we are in talks with some other large technology companies may want to expand our presence in others parts of the US.

We are located in the heart of Coconut Grove, just off of Main Street.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment, even bitcoin. Most of our clients pay with either credit card or check.
Which areas do you service?
We serve ALL of Florida with Miami being the main source of our clients.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Josh Stein owns and operates the daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open m-f from 9am to 6pm. Since we are a technology company, we get calls at all hours of the day and night, so we try to answer our emails and chats even after hours.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I love when our agents tell us they sold a property because of the marketing they did with Ciao Bella Marketing. That makes us really happy to hear.
