I worked for Travelers Insurance Company as Staff Counsel in Miami, FL. In this position I defended claims filed against the Carrier. I left this position to volunteer in Tanzania. When I returned I made the decision to "switch sides" and represent injured individuals in their accident claims against large insurance companies such as Travelers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Personal attention to each and every case. I refuse to operate like a "factory" or "mill". Instead I have adopted a business model of carefully selecting and representing each client and giving each case the attention it deserves.
