Luxury waterfront property sales.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My family was in the property business on South Beach. Where I still live & work.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am a "full service Realtor". I help people to understand their options. I research, negotiate, & facilitate through to closing. I have excellent selling skills. I am extremely detailed oriented & that helps me to coordinate all the moving parts required for a smooth & profitable closing. My clients interest always comes first.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location - South Florida.
I do refer nationwide and worldwide as I am part of "Leading Real Estate Companies of The World".
I help with Relocations & vacation property, second home sales.
My network of agents allows me to hand select & interview the perfect agent for you no matter where that is.

Miami, South Beach, Miami Beach, North Miami Beach, Miami Shores, Morningside, Bay Harbor, Bal Harbour Islands, Sunny Isles Beach, Hallandale, & Aventura.
I may go to Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Doral, Hialeah, Miramar, or I may refer that to an associate.
My partner lives in the Homestead, Kendall area & we work on those jobs together.
