How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started practicing Judo at 7 y/o, earned my black belt at 18 y/o. I also wrestled in high school and practiced and trained in BJJ and NO-GI Submission Grappling - starting in my late teens. I now own & operate my own dojo and bring my Martial Arts expertise and over 40 years of knowledge & experience, and share it with your child, along with lots of patience, discipline, hands on instruction and much-much more.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Team Champion caters to children, teens & adults, and is ranked among the best jr teams in USA Judo & N.A.G.A. - In 2010 - Team Champion won a total of 29 combined Medals at the jr Olympics (8 Gold) & jr US Open (7 Gold). In 2007 we became the 1st and only Judo School to ever win "Best Team Award" at any NAGA event - ever!
