Teaching Fitness and having a baby brought me to a place of stillness and I wanted to teach pregnant women Safely and help to prepare them physically, emotionally & spiritually to embrace this Wonderful time of Life.

Specialty Center for Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond. Training other yoga teachers and anyone working with pregnant women Safe and Beneficial ways to prepare for birth & beyond.

Coral Gables is our main Location. Some classes on Miami Beach when applicable.
