How long have you been in business?
We are celebrating our 25 anniversary of servicing the South Florida Area.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary sales business is reselling Telephone, Data Lines and Modern IP based telephone systems. We have Top of the Line Systems - Avaya - Nortel - Panasonic - Samsung - NEC - Vodavi - Digium. We also provide services like Structured Cabling - Racks - Video Conference - Avaya Switches and Routers. Recently we have added a line of surveillance IP cameras NVR system.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My first job out of college was to become a communication system integrator. After 7 years of experience I decided to open Associated Telephone Technicians, Inc and began installing communications equipment for the local businesses in South Florida mainly Miami - Doral - Hialeah area. I expanded into the network structured cabling. A new carrier resell market opened and I became a reseller for major carriers. The market has continued to grow I continue to adjust our services to meet the demands of our customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have a vast amount of experience and Reduce the Stress a customer encounters when dealing with multi vendors. Customer call us with their needs and we accomodate them with a finished solution.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently their is no plans for expansion. We plan to continue servicing our customer base and adding complimentary services.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our warehouse is located in Doral. Our service technicians work out of the warehouse. We currently do not have a store front and our customer interactions is carried out at the customer locations. We do have satellite offices within the Miami Area for conference meetings and internal business operations.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accecpt Cash and Business Checks.
Which areas do you service?
We service the South Florida area. Our main service area is the Miami Area. We do provide service to other county's but pre arrangements would need to be negotiated.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Mr. Sorzano is the owner and he overseas the overall business operations.
What are your hours of operation?
