While traveling south on the US Turnpike at approximately 6:30 pm on 9/27/13, one of your trucks was traveling on the left-hand lane near exit 30 and whenever I, or any other vehicle attempted to pass him, he would either speed up or slow down, not allowing us to move forward. He would speed up whenever someone tried to pass him. This is very dangerous and hazardous to anyone traveling on the turnpike.
