How long have you been in business?
Custom Controls is been operating since 1987. In March of 2020 we turned 33 yrs.
What is your primary product or service?
We manufacture Industrial Controls, all Electrical control panels related to Industrial Automation; Pumping systems; Machine retrofits; Industrial Maintenence, Variable Frequency Drives; PLC, Relay controls.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am an Electrical Engineer specializing in Industrial controls and Automation, been doing this line of work since 1980.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are Customer oriented, if a system is repairable we repair, if not we provide sound solutions, we have a long history of repeat work from the same clients for this reason.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our main location is in Miami and from here we have operated succesfully all abroad. As far as Guam, the Carabean, Argentina and all of the USA.

For Overseas Jobs and new clients we allways require a deposit depending of the seize of the work.
Which areas do you service?
Nort America, Central America and The Carabean which constitutes 80% of our work, the rest we have gone to Europe, Africa etc.
